Conference Presenters, we are pleased to publish the 2012 Mentoring Conference-at-a-Glance. The document is available for download in Adobe PDF format below:

You can use Ctrl+F (in Windows/Linux) or ⌘+F (in Mac OSX) to find your name in the file.

We did our best to ensure that each presentation author(s), organization and presentations titles were accurately copied into the schedule, however, inevitably we will make a few mistakes along the way.

Please note the following details regarding the conference at a glance:

• The Conference-at-a-Glance only includes the names of authors who will be present at the 2012 Mentoring Conference.
• If we have not yet received your payment, your name has not been included.
• All presentation payments MUST be received by September 15, 2012. We will not accept payments after this deadline .
• Co-presenters who have not paid are NOT listed in the schedule. Your name will be added to the schedule upon confirmation of payment.
• Unless there are extreme circumstances that require your time to be changed, we are unable to make any further presentation date/time adjustments .

Please email a confirmation to acknowledge that you have read and agree with the time, date and presentation information by Friday, August 17, 2012 .
