Abstract

This paper addresses the use of mentor programs to explore the Post COVID-19 work environment. Changed working conditions such as remote and hybrid platforms, a rapid wave of leadership retirements, reconsideration of work priorities, and enhanced focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion have altered work approaches. Furthermore, younger generations of workers bring dramatically different approaches and value sets to the work world as they enter it. While all these changed conditions are susceptible to disagreements and conflicts, reflective conversation rooted in mentorship programs, can be a crucial tool for future planning. This paper explores the designs within mentor programs that serve across generations. Keywords: mentor programs, post Covid-19, work conditions, generations.
