About this Publication

The 2025 Quarterly Issue of the Chronicle of Mentoring & Coaching (CMC) presents double-blind peer-reviewed articles and one book review. Each work uniquely addresses the theme 'Sustaining Mentoring Communities of Practice.' Eight articles contributed to this issue are an extension of or an elaboration on previous CMC Special Conference Issue publications from presentations at a conference held within the previous three years at The University of New Mexico. Two articles were written by previous conference plenary/keynote speakers based on their ongoing mentoring research.
